Yes. Anchorage orders go out by launch boat. For canal transits we agree a handover point with your ship agent so the vessel keeps its convoy schedule. Add the agent name and your ETA at checkout.

Yes. Any vessel can order, from superyachts and charter boats to fishing vessels, tugs and workboats. There is no minimum order value, but some items have a minimum order quantity, which is shown on the product.

Duty-free items such as tobacco, alcohol and certain luxury goods. They are supplied under customs supervision only to vessels on international voyages, and are delivered sealed. We need the vessel documents before dispatch.

Choose an invoice via your ship agent or owner, a bank transfer against a proforma, or card or cash on delivery. Prices online are indicative. Your coordinator confirms the final invoice before dispatch.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are not perishable, bonded or made to order. See the returns page for details.
