Eligibility
Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Excluded items
Perishable provisions, frozen and fresh food, bonded stores, medicines, and items cut or made to order.
How to request
Contact us with your order number, the items and photos if anything arrived damaged. Your coordinator arranges collection from the vessel or the agent office.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment route, or credited against your next order, within 14 days.
